About Elisa McClure
After more than 30 years of directing operations in large and small businesses, Elisa McClure opened her own consulting firm. With a mission to help organizations work more effectively and efficiently, Elisa offers consulting tailored to the needs of businesses of all sizes and industries, both commercial and nonprofit.
Elisa’s operational and strategic management experience is extensive. She is a proven leader with the ability to communicate with and manage cross functional teams. A creative problem solver, with a passion for continuous improvement, Elisa is detail oriented yet also recognizes the need for all to understand the larger picture. In sum, Elisa knows how to organize, motivate, and provide guidance on execution of an organization's mission and vision.

During her college years, Elisa gained political knowledge and acumen while working at the California state capital as a State Assembly Intern. Through this early career experience, she was able to assist constituents, write and edit legislative proposals, and provide committee statements and other communications for state representative Norm Waters.
Elisa has had a passion for volunteerism over her lifetime, including the following activities:
